If your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, we offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery on most items.

While your return is being processed, our team is always here to help you explore alternative pieces that better fit your vision and personal style.


✨ Return Eligibility

You may return most items for a refund or store credit within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is in its original condition and packaging
  • The item has not been assembled, installed, or modified
  • All parts, accessories, and instruction manuals are included

Return shipping costs may apply.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or personalized items (including, but not limited to, replacement cushions and mattresses)
  • Assembled or installed items
  • Items requested for return beyond 14 days of delivery, unless approved by Proud Furniture

💳 Refund Processing

Approved returns will be refunded to your original form of payment.
Please allow 3–5 business days for processing, depending on your financial institution.


📦 How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please have your order number ready and submit a request through our Contact Us page.

Once your request is received, a customer service representative will review your order, create a return case, and provide you with the next steps.
Please do not return any items without prior authorization.


Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement
  • After 24 hours, cancellations are not guaranteed and must be confirmed with the manufacturer
  • If an item becomes unavailable or out of stock, a refund will be issued once cancellation is confirmed
  • Orders delayed due to extended lead times may be eligible for cancellation, pending manufacturer approval

Warranty

Many products sold by Proud Furniture include a manufacturer’s warranty.
