As with all hot-oil kettle popcorn machines, there will always be a percentage of un-popped kernels with every batch. The percentage of un-popped kernels will range from approximately 2% to 8%, depending on the type and quantity of ingredients used. Any un-popped kernels need not be discarded as most un-popped kernels can still be used as desired.
